The Centre for Engineering Education (CEE), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, in collaboration with SEEM, IFEES and the Malaysian Ministry of Education, is organizing IPHEX 2015 to provide a platform for those who innovate in higher education to promote and share ideas, as well as help them in becoming champions and change agents in the region.
